Sample Safety and Health Inspection Checklist

(Note: This is only a suggested format for an inspection checklist. This is not a comprehensive checklist.  The safety committee should create a checklist that is specific to the safety and health issues and hazards in their workplace.)

Does the company ensure that fat, blood, pieces of meat or

Lockout/Tagout

maintenance, repair, unjamming, cleaning, adjusting

Ergonomics – Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs)
